Terms of service

LayerWorth LLC operates LayerWorth, a 3D-print pricing and profitability service. These terms govern your use of the service.

By using LayerWorth, you agree to these terms, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you. Contact legal@layerworth.com with legal questions.

The service is for adults aged 18 or older who can enter into a contract. Use accurate account information, keep credentials secure and contact support@layerworth.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and must have permission to act for a business or workspace.

LayerWorth calculates estimates from your costs, quantities, print times and other assumptions. Results are not guaranteed profits, recorded sales, professional financial advice or a determination of tax obligations. Verify inputs, marketplace fee rates and outputs before relying on them.

Calculator currencies label amounts; LayerWorth does not perform currency conversion. Historical recipes and calculations keep their original currencies. Subscription prices are charged in USD unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Free and paid features and workspace limits are described on the pricing page. A selected plan does not grant paid access until the application verifies the applicable subscription or authorized account entitlement. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Annual plans are paid upfront; a monthly equivalent is for comparison and is not monthly installment billing.

Stripe processes payments. Checkout shows the actual amount, billing interval and applicable taxes before purchase. You authorize recurring charges for the subscription you choose. Failed or expired payments can restrict paid access. Upgrades, downgrades and any prorations must be reviewed in the billing portal before confirmation.

Cancel through Plan & billing or ask support@layerworth.com for help. See /refunds for the cancellation and refund policy. We will provide notice of material pricing changes before they apply to a renewal, subject to applicable law.

You retain ownership of product recipes, notes, profiles and other content you provide. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, process, display and back up that content to provide the service. Do not upload content you lack permission to use.

Workspace members can access shared information according to their permissions. Owners control invitations and membership. Share only information that invited members should see. Downgrading can lock features without immediately deleting saved work; this does not promise indefinite retention.

Do not use the service unlawfully, access another account without permission, bypass plan or security controls, distribute malicious code, abuse invitations or interfere with service availability. Reasonable rate limits and security restrictions may apply.

LayerWorth branding, interface and software remain the property of the operator or its licensors. This does not restrict your ownership of your inputs or your use of calculated results.

We may maintain, update or change the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific uptime level. We may restrict access where reasonably needed for security, misuse or legal obligations and provide notice where practical and lawful.

You may request account closure at privacy@layerworth.com. Cancellation, account deletion and workspace deletion are separate actions. Export available records before losing paid access; team-owned content and legally required billing records may require separate handling.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that every estimate will fit your business. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
