Billing support
This policy applies to LayerWorth LLC subscriptions. Contact billing@layerworth.com for billing questions, cancellation assistance or refund requests.
Cancel renewal
Open your workspace, choose Plan & billing and open the billing portal to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the paid period, with paid access available through that period subject to valid payment and account status. Review the date shown in the portal.
If you cannot access the portal, email billing@layerworth.com with your account ID and account email. We may verify ownership before changing billing. Keep the cancellation confirmation. Cancellation does not by itself delete your account or saved records.
First purchase: 14-day window
Request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription purchase by emailing billing@layerworth.com. This policy covers the initial monthly or annual subscription charge, excluding unrelated charges, to let you evaluate the paid workflow.
If approved, the refund returns to the original payment method and the refunded subscription ends. Bank processing time varies; we do not promise a fixed arrival date. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of this window.
Renewals and unused time
After the first-purchase window, renewals and unused portions of a subscription are not ordinarily refunded under this policy. We will review mistaken, duplicate or unauthorized charges and material service issues individually. Applicable law may require a refund or withdrawal right even where this policy would not.
Annual cancellation does not automatically refund unused months. An annual monthly-equivalent display does not mean monthly billing. Upgrades may involve an immediate prorated charge; downgrades normally take effect at the next applicable renewal according to the portal confirmation.
Requests and account access
Provide the account ID, purchase date and a brief explanation. Do not include card numbers, passwords or secret keys. Refunds and entitlement changes require authorized review; a refund is not the same operation as cancelling renewal. Paid records can remain stored while paid tools become locked.
If you dispute a charge, you may contact us so we can investigate, without limiting your rights to contact your payment provider.
